Our Engagement process

Want to how long it would take to engage our services? Or how long that new website will take? If you’re like me, when you decide you want something, you want it now! But we all know things take time.

So we have provided an outline of our process to give you an idea of the steps involved.

Below is Savvy Business Support’s customer engagement process from when our customer’s first contact us through to delivery of their services. The timeline sets out the process we undertaken when ware delivering a deluxe website design project. Depending on the service you are interested in, the design concept and development phases may not be required or maybe modified. 

Our Customer Engagement Process

Coffee Chat

During your 30-minute complimentary “Coffee Chat” we’ll discuss your business and your objectives. It will also provide the opportunity to get a feel for whether we’d be the right fit.

Questionnaire

Following our call, you will receive a questionnaire. The information you provide in the questionnaire helps us to fully understand you and your business needs.

Proposal

You’ll receive an email containing our proposal, contract and invoice. Once you’ve signed the contract and the invoice we’ll schedule the development of your website.

Customer Kick-Off Meeting

To ensure that we deliver your website on time, we have a customer kick-off meeting. During this meeting we discuss with you, our deliverables, what tasks are involved and who is responsible for what tasks of the website as well as set a timeline.

Design Concepts

You’ll receive three design concepts for your approval and feedback. The designs will be aligned with your branding.

Development

Once you have approved the design concept, we’ll finalise your design and add your content.

As soon as you’ve approved the website, and are happy with the results, we’ll launch your website.
